my·elo·scle·ro·sis (mi″ə-lo-sklə-roґsis) 1. sclerosis of the spinal cord, such as in multiple sclerosis. 2. obliteration of the normal marrow cavity by small spicules of bone; the pathogenesis may be similar to that of 3. myelofibrosis. Called also osteosclerosis myelofibrosis. myelofibrosis.
