pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy

(PUPPP) a common skin condition seen in pregnancy, generally in the third trimester, characterized by eruption of pruritic raised bumps; it usually begins on the abdomen, especially on striae and not near the umbilicus, and often spreads to the thighs.
