high right atrial (HRA) electrogram
- an intracardiac electrogram that records electrical potentials within the upper region of the right atrium, obtained by introduction of electrodes high in the atrium near the sinus node; used in localizing conduction blocks and diagnosing arrhythmias. See illustration.
