doxazosin mesylate

dox·azo·sin mes·y·late (dok″saґzo-sin) a quinazoline derivative that blocks α1-adrenergic receptors and has a longer half life than that of prazosin; used in the treatment of hypertension and of benign prostatic hyperplasia, administered orally.
