dihydroergotamine mesylate

di·hy·dro·er·got·amine mes·y·late (di-hi″dro-ər-gotґə-mēn) [USP] an antiadrenergic produced by the catalytic hydrogenation of ergotamine; used as a vasoconstrictor in the treatment of migraine; administered intramuscularly, subcutaneously, intravenously, or intranasally.
