Paget cell

pagetoid cell a large, irregularly shaped, pale anaplastic tumor cell with vacuolated cytoplasm and a vesicular nucleus that is usually hyperchromatic and surrounded by a clear zone; cells occur singly or in small clusters in the epidermis in Paget disease of the breast and extramammary Paget disease.
